The RMCERI programme will set up meetings with buyers who are within the manfuacturing sector. Fashion Entrepreneurs will go to product pitching training to get them ready to meet with buyers. Entrepreneurs will also receive coaching on how to pitch their brand, identify their target market & marketing strategies.

The programme has a product development component that is delivered simultaneously with the business development component. Product development will specifically focus on manufacturing capacity in order to meet industry demand. 

The programme will partner with other retailers to create opportunities for fashion entrepreneurs who are in the programme. The Access to Market component will include pitching to The Box Shop Outlet Operators to get your product to be sold at the store. The programme will also facilitate links with other eCommerce sites to extended more access to market opportunities.

The programme has partnered with experts within the field of engineering sector to make sure you get the best practical knowledge on how to get your products out there.

The last phase of the programme includes coaching and mentorship. Fashion Entrepreneurs will have access to a mentor over a 6 months period who will guide them in their business growth and development. During this phase entrepreneurs will be able to take part in exhibitions and have access to Box Shop Pop Up Stand and digital marketing one on one coaching sessions. Lastly, based on the needs of the business, the programme will offer grant funding to be used in the business.
