Every morning the team of engineers
meets to discuss various issues affecting
production, including the categories
of Enterprise Resource Planning,
Supply Chain, Environmental Health
and Safety, Quality, Performance,
Human Resources and Maintenance.
During the meeting, challenges arising
in each aspect are discussed, updated
and action points are given of which
some are dealt with during the day
when there are follow-up meetings.
One of the Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) is sales, subdivided into
milestones where, after a certain
amount of work has been completed,
the customer, PRASA, makes payment.
The overall payment for one train is
made when the PC10 is reached.
There is also a section comparing
the plan and the actual occurrence.
In some cases, the target is met.
Whenever it is not met, a reason
is given, and there are follow-ups.
