Gibela Transport Consortium:
War Room Visit Report
n preparation for the CEO visit on
Thursday, March 8th 2021, the Gibela
IResearch Chair (GRC) needed to create
a visualisation board giving a status of the
postgraduate research and special projects
progress linked to the commercialisation
through the RMCERI Incubator.
The visit aimed to benchmark the Gibela
Rail Transport Consortium visual board and
inspire the team and stimulate ideas on how
visualisation boards should align the board
with the expectation of the industry partner.
The team arrived at about 13h20 and was
received by Mr Pholoso Kgasoane who
asked Ms Funeka Mahadi to explain the
vision board. Below is the summary of her
