                                                             They     all   addressed     the    professors
           Programme Director: Mrs Marensia Bhebe            and post-doctoral  delegates  as well
                                                             as    doctorate    and    masters     students
           The  workshop  was  officially  opened            who       attended       the      conference.
           by  the  Executive  Dean:  FEBE  Dr  MG
           Kanakana-Katumba.          She     highlighted
           that  after  this  workshop  we  need  to
           be  known  as  the  faculty  that  drives
           innovation. She also spoke about the Triple
           Helix,  which  refers  to  the  collaboration
           between      industries    and    universities.

           Collaboration    between      industries   and
           universities is important for various spheres
           of the economy such as skills development,
           innovation,     technology     transfer,    the

                                                             progress  (WIP)  and  proposal  level,  DEng
